Thank you for choosing Affinity Lash Co for your ombre brow service. We appreciate your trust in our expertise and dedication to providing high-quality results. As time passes, we understand that maintenance and changes may be needed for your brows. However, we would like to clarify our policies regarding services rendered to you over a year ago.

1. Service Warranty Period

Any ombre brow service performed by Affinity Lash Co is covered under our warranty for a period of one year from the date of the initial appointment. During this time, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues related to the service performed.

2. Expiry of Warranty

After the one-year warranty period has elapsed, Affinity Lash Co is no longer liable for any issues or dissatisfaction related to the ombre brow service provided. This includes, but is not limited to, color fading, shape alterations, or any other changes that may occur over time.

3. Limitation of Liability

We want to ensure transparency regarding our limitations of liability after the warranty period has ended. Therefore, by continuing to avail of our services beyond the warranty period, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

- Affinity Lash Co shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction or issues arising from the ombre brow service performed more than one year ago.

- Any alterations or touch-ups required after the warranty period will be subject to additional charges as outlined in our current pricing structure.

4. Release from Liability

By receiving ombre brow services from Affinity Lash Co, you release and discharge us, our employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or demands arising from or related to the ombre brow service provided to you.

5. Acknowledgement of Terms

Your continued patronage of Affinity Lash Co and acceptance of any services provided after the expiration of the warranty period indicate your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
